• Check product sizes, and specs before purchasing. We are not responsible if the item does not fit or is abstracted by anything in your space.
• You can always call us to verify product size, and if it will fit your desired space based on the measurements you give us before you place the order.
ORDER CANCELATION POLICY
• You have 48 hours from the time of payment to cancel the purchase. Please notify us by sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org• Orders cannot be canceled once the item ships.
• If the purchased product has been shipped, and the buyer decides to cancel for whatever reason, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges to (customer) and back to us.
• If you decide to cancel the order after 48 hours after the purchase and the order is already in shipping process – we will withdraw the fee for processing documentation of 5 % from the order value. The order cancellation should be done only by e-mail and send on address email@example.com
• No returns or refunds on special orders, mosaic, shower doors, and other materials. No exceptions!
ORDER RECEIVING AND INITIAL INSPECTION RECOMMENDATIONS
Read below regarding receiving, and inspecting items below. By purchasing at our store you agree to follow these steps in order to receive replacements or refunds for your purchases;
Inspect all items inside the box at the time of delivery before signing the receipt. By signing documents stating “received in perfect condition,” you agree that once you open the box and the content is damaged, it will void any warranty, and the right to provide any refund or exchange to you.
To prevent concealed damage, open top of the cart board, and inspect the item(s) inside. Please notify us if there is any damage, significant or not. Please note it on the receipt before signing, or you can refuse the delivery altogether if it appears damaged, and replacement will be shipped ASAP.
Things to look out for at the time of delivery:
• Any dents or visible damage on the box
• Do the “shake” test to hear countertop or glass being broken inside.
• If the order arrived with no wooden pallet.
• Clear shrink wrap is torn or missing.
• Exterior box or cart board appears to be wet, the content may be damaged by water
• If there is visible damage, you must reject the order and describe the damage on the delivery receipt. You can simply indicate “items arrived damaged”.
• If the shipment is accepted and no damage is noted on the receipt, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items.
• The customer has 5 days from the day of delivery to report any concealed damage or any problem with products. Any claims for concealed damage past 5 days or any problem with products will not be granted. No exceptions!
Returns Not Due to Damage
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the order date to request a return. To request a return, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at 718-412-3675
Please note there will be a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges (freight charge to, and from you) – both ways. Bathroom products are very heavy, so return or exchange is very problematic. Be sure what exactly you are ordering from us without making any costly mistakes. Upon agreeing to our “Terms & Conditions,” we have the right to cancel or deny any claim against us. We want to be sure you are happy with us, and our product, and we want you to be careful about what you are ordering, and check or damage before signing any documents.
• We do not ship to P.O Box, APO or FPO.
• Ship Days – Monday through Friday.
• Depending on the product and it’s availability in the warehouse it can be shipped after up to 2 weeks after the purchase
• Some orders can take up to 7-14 business days to deliver
• The tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer after the package is packed, and shipped out.
• “Ship to address” cannot be changed after the item is shipped
• The shipping company will make a call to schedule appointment ahead of time (24 hours prior). They will need a person to check and sign for it.
• This delivery is CURBSIDE only, drivers will NOT bring in the goods for you.
• Pallets or large boxes can be brought closer to your house but never brought inside by the driver. Please make sure you have someone to help you bring the goods inside after the delivery is made.
• Before signing for the delivery, open the product package immediately and inspect all the content. If you see any damage, please note it on the paper. If you see ripped shrink wrap, and the item did not come on a pallet, count the boxes to match what is in the document.
• You have 5 days during which you make any claims for the damage. No exceptions.
• Accepted methods of payments are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Discover

New Bathroom Style is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the following states:
