Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: To return an item, please fill out contact our Customer Service/Returns Department by phone 718-412-3675 or email [email protected]. Wrong Products Received: If you were shipped a different product than you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how and where to ship them back. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product free of charge. Return Credit: Please allow up to 15 business days from the time receives your returned item to process the return. Our return department processes returns once a week and if your item isn’t received by that time it will not be processed until the following week. All refunds will be credited via the original payment method only. General Returns: All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee on any exchange or refund. If ships your order undamaged and you wish to return it for reasons not specified above, freight back to us and handling charges will apply. Freight charges are non-refundable. Expedited shipping charges are also non-refundable, even if you return the item.




Must arrive back in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all accessories and in resalable condition. Must be shipped back to the location specified in NewBathroomStyles at your expense. This address may be different than the address from where we originally shipped the item. Must be fully insured and trackable. Must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no returns or exchanges can be made. If any of the above conditions have not been satisfied, YOU CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM(S).
