We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping. Please follow the guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):
For items shipped via freight carrier:
Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging, and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property. Customer must call or email our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt to report any missing items or damage from the delivery.
Freight: (by Truck) * All goods are drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer or importer. A representative from the freight company will contact you by phone to arrange delivery, usually within a specific four-hour time period. * Please be aware that freight (truck) deliveries are to the curbside only and an additional charge for inside delivery will be required. * You will be required to provide assistance (helpers) to the driver to unload your order from the truck. If you are unable to do so, it may be necessary for the trucker to use a tailgate lift at an extra charge.
Wrong Products Received: If you were got a different product than you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how and where to ship them back. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product free of charge. The customer has 48 hours from the day of delivery to report any problem with products. Any claims for the problem with products after 48 hours will not be granted. No exceptions!
Cancel order: If you decide to cancel the order the before after 48 hours we will make the full amount refund.
If you decide to cancel the order after 48 hours but the goods are was not send to you we remove the fee for processing documentation and preparation for shipping from the order value 5 %. The order cancellation should be done only by e-mail and send on address [email protected]
Return Credit: Please allow up to 7 business days from the time receives your returned item to process the return. Our return department processes return once a week and if your item isn’t received by that time it will not be processed until the following week. All refunds will be credited via the original payment method only.
General Returns: All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee on any exchange or refund.
*If NewBathroomStyle.com ships your order undamaged and you wish to return it for reasons not specified above, freight back to us and handling charges will apply. Freight charges are non-refundable. Expedited shipping charges are also non-refundable, even if you return the item.*
Must arrive back in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all accessories and in resalable condition. Must be shipped back to the location specified in NewBathroomStyles at your expense. This address may be different than the address from where we originally shipped the item. Must be fully insured and trackable. Must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no returns or exchanges can be made. If any of the above conditions have not been satisfied, YOU CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM(S).
Our Customer Service will assist you with return shipping instructions. In order to return a product, you will have to call us at 718-412-3675 or email us at [email protected] stating that you agree to the applicable restocking fee per the schedule above. Credits are normally issued within 15 business days from when we have received the product back. All refunds will be credited the full amount less the restocking fee and freight. When a replacement item is being sent out, we will only send it out once we have received the return and it has been inspected.
