You will usually get your purchased item in 5 -14 days from the time it was shipped by one of our partner carriers – depending on the state and distance. Before shipping the tracking company will call the client and arrange the most comfortable time and date for the delivery.
SHIPPING
All Orders Are Shipped Same Day or within 5 to 14 Business Days (UPS or Ground Service). Special orders may take up to two weeks to deliver.

RETURNS
Our Customer Service will assist you with return shipping instructions. In order to return a product, you will have to call us at 718-412-3675 emailail us at sale@newbathroomstyle.com stating that you agree to the applicable restocking fee per the schedule above. Credits are normally issued within 15 business days from when we have received the product back. All refunds will be credited the full amount less the restocking fee and freight. When a replacement item is being sent out, we will only send it out once we have received the return and it has been inspected.
