All Orders Are Shipped Same Day or within 5 to 14 Business Days (UPS or Ground Service). Special orders may take up to two weeks to deliver.

Credits are normally issued within 15 business days from when we have received the product back. All refunds will be credited the full amount less the restocking fee and freight. When a replacement item is being sent out, we will only send it out once we have received the return and it has been inspected.
