Credits are normally issued within 15 business days from when we have received the product back. All refunds will be credited the full amount less the restocking fee and freight. We love this mirror and medicine cabinet. It looks great, it’s built well, and it’s really nice to use on a daily basis. The defrost feature works well, and the interior of the cabinet has plenty of room for toiletries.We had a small issue with the first mirror, and the company quickly responded and sent us a new mirror to replace the original one. They even sent a video explaining how to switch out the mirror, which was really helpful. The mirror’s hinges are very robust and well-engineered. It only took us a couple of minutes to detach the original mirror and reattach the new one. Very impressed with both the company’s customer service and the quality of this medicine cabinet.We have the 20″ unit, and the only complaint I have is that the interior light that automatically comes on when you open the door isn’t dimmable. In the daytime, it’s great. However, if I open the cabinet at night to get ibuprofen or whatever, the interior light is so bright that it’s blinding (not a good thing when you’re half asleep). Ideally, it should automatically dim at night or have an on/off switch.Overall, this cabinet is one of my favorite parts of our newly remodeled bathroom, and I’d definitely purchase it again.
