Credits are normally issued within 15 business days from when we have received the product back. All refunds will be credited the full amount less the restocking fee and freight. I could not be happier with these Blossom pillar 20 medicine cabinets. I bought two. They came packed as if they were going to be thrown about by the delivery folks, and Indeed the corner of one door was cracked. However, Blossom has probably one of the most responsive and helpful customer service. I took a picture of the door and the gouges in the packing box, and in just a few days, they replaced the door.These work exactly as described and add a modern, up to date flair in my bathroom. Please be mindful that they improved the hinges and the directions to put on the doors need updating….put the doors on front to back, rather than hooking on back to front.I would definitely purchase these again….they are great.
