Their customer service is spectacular by the way.This mirror has seriously upgraded our bathroom routines. Having a light all the way around makes your face look so good :)It’s a gorgeous medicine cabinet inside and out.I put 2 little magnets covering the sensors inside the door so the inside light doesn’t come on automatically when you open the door, at night that brightness is a bit too much, but we just slide the magnet over like a switch when we want that light on for makeup time :)The mirror looks so modern it fits perfectly with my space age bathroom 🙂 and since we are putting in a steam shower, the heated mirror function will probably come in handy, I have tested it with breath, it takes a while to heat up so maybe if we start needing it would be good to turn on before starting the shower.The door hinges work great, the inside outlet is perfect, the glass shelves flex a tiny bit if you put weight on them near the middle, and have a 1/8″ play total side to side, so I put a few touches of hot glue to help hold the shelves in place and reduce sag.We love this mirror, my only oversight was that the seam in the mirror door is centered on the sink, so when washing your hands and looking in the mirror you see the seam, next time I would get a sink offset to one side.
